About Us
Founded in 2010 by Iwan Davies, ILD Cattle Grids has become a leader in delivering exceptional engineering and metal fabrication solutions tailored to a diverse range of needs. Since our inception, we have been dedicated to providing durable and high-quality products that stand the test of time.
In 2018, we expanded our operations by acquiring land in the picturesque Eryri National Park, just down the road from where our business first started. After securing planning permission, we established our new headquarters and workshop, a reflection of our growing commitment to excellence in both our products and services.
Our Workshop & Capabilities
At ILD Engineering, we pride ourselves on our extensive in-house capabilities. With over 400m² of workshop floor space and ample yard space, we can undertake a wide variety of projects, both large and small. Our Designs
The unique kit-form design of our cattle grids was born out of Iwan Davies’ focus on accessibility, manoeuvrability, and affordability. His goal was to create the most functional and cost-effective CE-marked cattle grids on the market.
